The Peugeot 3008 was first showcased mid 2005, and unlike this latest SUV it didn't have what you called a direction, meaning it was part MPV, part car and part SUV.
This latest model was released at the end of 2020, it's powered by a 1.6 engine and an electric motor and it features the latest design language from Peugeot as well as tech, safety and all manner of things.

This model is in the Allure trim and features the new frameless grille and decluttered front as well as other styling additions, it takes a few of it's design queues from the fantastic 508, including LED Lion's tooth daytime running lights and Lion claw rear lenses too.

There are a number of trims to chooses from as well as a number of options including Panoramic, Tow bar even adaptive cruise control.

Whilst driving this Type 2 PHEV Ben achieved 155mpg, Peugeot claims this vehicle will return upto 250mpg and if you're wondering the key to economy is to keep the PHEV charged, it offers 30 or so miles of EV range, it's a comfortable, spacious and versatile vehicle and it costs just over £32k.

Fancy something a touch quicker? then there is also a 4x4 PHEV too with run 0-60 in around 5s, this is still a respectable 8s or so.
