Looks like someone is coming to knock GoPro from the 4K live video podium, they have been infamous in latter years with cars,

modding, racing, detailing, drifting catching live action from every angle. Garmin famed for GPS and car sat Navs may not be the first name that comes to mind when talking action cameras, but Garmin now a Swiss-based, US founded tech company is looking to go head on with GoPro with its latest camera The VIRB Ultra 30.

This tiny little camera rammed full of features includes everything from 4K recording a to a 1.75-inch LCD touchscreen the camera is capable of shooting at 30 fps and comes with tri-axis image stabilization. The VIRB Ultra 30 can be controlled by voice and even livestream to YouTube, to record simply say “Garmin, start recording”. The unit also catches audio through its high sensitivity mic whilst housed in its waterproof casing.

UK expect to pay £449.00 for the Garmin VIRB Ultra 30 available now.
